Fresh Local Mussels
Nothing smacks of the seaside like a feast of moules: sensational flavour right there in a bowl. We cook ours in white wine with a touch of cream – just add crusty bread or chips to scoop up all that sea-salty goodness. Or go for another classic: mussels in a cider and chorizo sauce, served with salad and garlic bread.
Seabass with a crab and seaweed crust
Fillet of sea bass topped with a crab and seaweed crust, sautéed new potatoes and Mediterranean vegetables
